Kesi ya Mbasha Yakwama tena

Kesi ya ubakaji inayomkabili mwanamuziki wa nyimbo za injili ambaye ni mume wa Flora Mbasha kwenye mahakama ya hakimu mkazi Kisutu imesogezwa tena mbele  kutokana na kutokuwepo kwa mwendesha mashtaka anayeisimamia kesi hiyo. 

 

Kesi hiyo ya Emmanuel Mbasha ilitakiwa kuendelea baada ya mashahidi kuwepo eneo la tukio kabla ya hakimu mkazi Flora Mjaya kuairisha mpaka Mei 29, 2015 kutokana na kutokuwepo kwa mwendesha mashtaka Nassoro Katuga.

 

Mashahidi wawili wameshatoa ushahidi huku mmojawapo akiwa  ni Dr. Migole Mtuka wa hospitali ya Amana ambaye alisema kwenye uchunguzi uliofanyika kwa muathirika Mei 26, 2014 ulionyesha   yule  binti  hakubakwa. 

 

Awali ilidaiwa mahakamani hapo kuwa kati ya tarehe Mei 23 na 25, mwaka 2014 Bw Mbasha alimbaka binti mwenye umri wa miaka 17, ambaye ni shemeji yake huku akijua ni kosa.
